Each course features a live, hour-long video session with Colleen and Rob, followed by an interactive Q&A. You’ll receive practical exercises and progress check-ins designed to help you apply what you’re learning in real-world real estate scenarios.
Working sessions
During the program, you’ll work alongside another agent or an Agents With Pride coach to review your work and fine-tune your skills. These sessions encourage collaboration, shared learning, and professional growth within a trusted, affirming community.
Next-Step Strategy Session
Each program concludes with a Next-Step Strategy Session — a one-on-one review with Colleen O’Hara and Rob Howard focused on growth, client readiness, and continued professional development within the Agents With Pride network.
