Do you only work with LGBTQ+ clients?
No. Agents With Pride was created to serve LGBTQ+ individuals and allies, but we happily work with anyone who values an inclusive, respectful, and education-forward real estate experience. Our focus is on creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered, regardless of identity.
Is this confidential?
Absolutely. Everything we discuss is treated as confidential and shared only as needed to support your transaction (for example, with your lender, attorney, or other professionals you’ve authorized). We take privacy seriously and will always communicate with discretion and professionalism.
What if I’m moving out of state?
We can still help. If you’re relocating, we can:
help you clarify goals and timing
share planning guidance and checklists
connect you with trusted, inclusive agents in your destination area
support you with a smooth handoff so you don’t feel like you’re starting over
You’ll have a clear plan and a vetted point of contact wherever you’re headed.
Do you charge referral fees to clients?
No. Clients do not pay referral fees. If a referral is involved (for example, connecting you with an agent in another area), any referral arrangement is handled between licensed professionals and does not add an extra charge to you.
Do I have to work with Compass?
Not at all. Agents With Pride is about the experience and the values, not a requirement to use a specific company.
Depending on your location and goals, you may work with me directly through my brokerage affiliation (Compass - O’Hara Home Team) or, if you’re outside my service area, I can connect you with a trusted agent who aligns with Agents With Pride standards.
Either way, your priority stays the same: support, clarity, advocacy, and a stress-reduced process.
